- Free / Reduced Lunch requirements: In order for a qualifying student to receive a free or reduced price Type A meal, they must get at least three of the five following components: the student must have a bread, protein, a vegetable, a fruit, and a milk. No substitutions are allowed. An example of this is: Pizza, Tator Tots, Milk.
