Cafeteria tickets are now a thing of the past!
LunchTime will track student’s cafeteria information including account balances and food purchase history. Each student willbe assigned a PIN that identifies them in the LunchTime system. (Remember to stress to your child that the PIN number is confidential and should not be given to anyone!)
On-line account gives you options:
Parents can view student information and pay for lunches by requesting an account. It's as easy as 1-2-3. Click on the link below to fill out the request form and then hit submit. Williams Valley will be notified of your request for an account. A return email will be sent to you when your account has been created verifying the information you have requested, usually within a few days. Once you have your account, you can then monitor your student's cafeteria purchases in real-time. That means the system is updated right away, so you can see the information immediately after a purchase is made! By signing up for an account, you can restrict your child from purchasing certain cafeteria foods in case your child has an allergy, or if you simply want to place food restrictions on what your student can purchase. You can also pay for lunches with a credit card on our secure website, and monitor your cafeteria balances.
Other methods still work:
If you prefer to pay by check, please make checks payable to the Williams Valley School District. Please be sure to include the student(s) name on the check so we know the correct account to credit.
Those students wishing to pay in cash will need to submit that cash in a sealed envelope clearly marking the student’s name on the envelope and placing it in one of the secure drop boxes that will be in each building.
The new system will allow for students to get through the cafeteria lines quicker and provide you with more accurate information on your child.
If you want to start right now:
If you wish to get a jumpstart on the new system and pay on your child’s cafeteria account before the start of school, payments may be made via the Internet, dropped off at either building, or sent to:
