Williams Valley Families, Faculty, and Staff,
In order to ensure a successful and equitable 2021-2022 school reopening and to assist with completion of the WVSD American Rescue Plan (ARP) Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) grant application, we are inviting the entire school community to contribute by providing planning input. We invite you to participate in two ways:
1. Consider completing the survey at - https://forms.gle/mKtc85WXMd6QdjYN9
While this questionnaire is anonymous, you will have the option to share your name and contact information. Adding your name will allow us to reach out if we have questions related to your responses. Please respond by Friday, June 18, 2021. Although the survey will not close, submitting your responses by June 18 will help ensure your input is considered in planning. Thank you in advance for your time. Your input will be very valuable for planning purposes.
2. To accommodate various schedules, we are asking all stakeholders, including:
- Student and parent representatives
- Specialized instructional support personnel (such as school counselors, school social workers, school psychologists, and nurses, etc.) and paraprofessionals
- Facilities managers and custodial staff
- Transportation personnel, school nutrition professionals, and family services representatives
- Community Members to consider attending a virtual meeting at one of two times to review the initial plan that will be created from the survey results:
- June 24, 2021 at 10:00 AM or
- June 24, 2021 at 6:00 PM
The Zoom link will be sent prior to the meeting time. Please register to attend the virtual meeting at: https://forms.gle/JMnFFJu183Zy8G9D6
Your time and input will be greatly appreciated. For questions pertaining to the Williams Valley Health and Safety planning, please contact Dr. Brian Pipech (email@example.com)
