Full-time, 12-month position available immediately. This position oversees maintenance, custodial and cleaning services for the district. Qualifications include: Demonstrated knowledge of the basic principles of construction, building and grounds maintenance, custodial and security. Supervisor experience preferably in a school district setting. Demonstrated basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing trades. Valid driver's license and knowledge of Labor and Industry guidelines.
