Enrollment Information for families NEW to the Williams Valley School District

For families new to the Williams Valley School District, request a username and password by clicking on the link below. You will receive a Skyward email with sign-in information. Reset your password and sign in (Skyward) and submit the 2025-2026 New Student Enrollment Form.

To expedite new student registration - please upload ALL registration documents to the Skyward online registration forms, faxed to 717-647-2055.
Physical documents can also be brought to the enrollment office for copying.
Once the online forms have been completed and all required registration documents have been uploaded, District Enrollment Staff will be notified for review/approval.

Enrollment information for families who have students currently enrolled in the Williams Valley School District

For families who have students enrolled in the Williams Valley School District, sign-in to your Skyward Parent account: Skyward Portal. Upon signing into Skyward, click the down arrow by the house symbol, click on New Student Enrollment and submit 2025-2026 New Student Enrollment Form.

To expedite new student registration - please upload ALL registration documents to the Skyward online registration forms.
Once the online forms have been completed and all required registration documents have been uploaded, Central Registration will be notified for review/approval.
